These terms keep things clear between us: what PlusFinance provides, what it doesn't, and what we ask of you.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the PlusFinance website (www.plusfinance.in) or the PlusFinance dashboard (app.plusfinance.in), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What PlusFinance is — and is not

PlusFinance (a sole proprietorship operated by Akshay Bhatt) offers mutual fund distribution and insurance services under applicable AMFI registration and IRDAI license.

The PlusFinance dashboard is a portfolio tracking and organization tool. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or product, and not a SEBI-registered investment advisory service. Figures shown (returns, XIRR, valuations) are informational estimates based on the data entered and third-party market data. Investment decisions are yours alone — mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully.

3. Fees

The dashboard is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce fees for some features in the future; if we do, we will give you clear advance notice, and continued use after that notice will be your acceptance of the fees.

4. Market data disclaimer

Stock quotes, mutual fund NAVs, exchange rates, and gold/silver rates shown in the dashboard come from third-party sources and may be delayed, estimated, or occasionally unavailable. They are indicative only — do not rely on them for trading decisions. We make no guarantee of their accuracy or timeliness.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials safe and do not share your account.
  • Enter accurate information — calculations are only as good as the data you provide.
  • Tell us promptly at info@plusfinance.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Family sharing

Inviting a family member gives them access to the family’s shared financial data. Merging two accounts requires confirmation from both sides. The “Visible to Expert” setting controls whether your advisor can view the family’s financial details.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users’ data, probe or bypass security, scrape or overload our systems, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Service provided "as is"

We work hard to keep PlusFinance accurate and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlusFinance is not liable for investment losses, decisions made using the dashboard, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Account deletion and termination

The head of a family account may request deletion at any time using the “Delete Account” option in the dashboard or by emailing info@plusfinance.in. Deletion removes the entire family’s data and logins and is completed within 15 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email.
